Video 13 - Search Using Morae's Rich Recording Technology

Posted on Wednesday January 23, 2008 by Betsy Weber

TechSmith's Rich Recording Technology synchronizes video of the user including their audio and facial expressions, system activity like mouse clicks, Web page changes, and dialogue boxes, and the test application into one file that is indexed and searchable. You can read more about here. Today's video, from Conan Heiselt, is about how to use and search all of that data that Morae Recorder and UserVue capture to find some really neat things about what participants are doing. The video runs just under 3:30 minutes. Enjoy!
