Sorry about the delayed video - One of our trainers making these videos had sick kids and was tending to them. Sick kids take priority over screencasting.

Conan Heiselt, prior to becoming an instructional designer, worked in the Information Technology field as a Systems Administrator and Engineer. While earning his Masters at Indiana University, he also conducted research on the use of immersive technology and narrative to aid learning. Since then, he has worked for several eLearning companies, designing courses on topics from marketing and business statistics to software testing and programming.
