How does Tom Bunzel use SnagIt for IT Training?

I met Tom Bunzel, also known as The Presentation Professor, several years ago at the PowerPoint Live tradeshow. That's him pictured below. I always learn something new everytime I see him.

I was happy to see Tom's recent article about how he uses SnagIt for IT Training and how he uses SnagIt for graphics in his books and other content.
