'Fraid the video won't start from Firefox. (I'm running Firefox v2.0.0.1.) In IE7, it starts just fine, but is choppy, with broken sound. I don't have this problem with other video streaming sites (CNN, MovieFlix, etc.). Perhaps it was just your servers being a bit overloaded from too many excited fans trying to access the video all at once. :^)

At 1.54 seconds, the voices fade in and out, to the point that it's so annoying, that I shut the video off. Would like to see it. Anything you can do to make it user friendly.

Got the sound on this, but no visuals; hey, what's happening?

When you get the audio fixed, please let me know.
Every topic has annoying audio.

Thanks for the upgrades. They are good and will be enjoyed. I agree with other comments about shakey sound, but I got it.

Hit pause and let it cache a lit bit of the video if you are having shaky video.
Nice job guys!

In IE7 it is very jumpy - to the point where it becomes unwatchable

Using Firefox. After about 15 seconds, video and sound choppy. Unable to understand what is being said. Great shame. It's a great product!

Video ran well for me today under IE 6 (waiting for Vista to use IE 7). I expect some of those with problems don't have the appropriate bandwidth, and this causes the streaming player to cut back on quality to salvage the program.

I tried to view Snagit Screencast to go. But the voice is breaking up too much to be understood.

yes I am on a fast 8 meg connection and it cannot download fast enough. A good idea but poor implementation. Not a very good advert really, especially considering at was produced by the company developing the software!

Thank goodness 8.1 Snagit still works... the message that I got when I clicked on the screen to see the new 8.2 (see below) makes me wanna wait to upgrade!

"Click on the screenshot below" it says.....but no sign of one. It also says that there are 1713 users online, which might (but shouldn't) explain the problem. Not surprised that many customers want to see and hear it. When you've cooled down the servers will you rearrange a showing?

The demo makes it appear that an image for printing turns up in the very upper left hand corner, where many printers can't print. When I tried it with SnagIt there was a default margin already set.
I had the volume turned all the way up on various places on my computer, but I frequently couldn't hear Tony. Were you only using the mic on the laptop, and was it on Paul's side?
You might want to re-record this. Your product deserves it.
Then you could also move the Diet Coke can and set up a clock off camera, put Tony's phone/ blackberry in another room, or take care of whatever necessitated looking at it.

Hit Pause & let the loading bar totally fill up. This takes about 7 minutes per topic; however, when you hit play, it plays without shakey audio or video. I agree, the soda can is very distracting.

I can't open the screencast. The message I get is "a browser with JavaScript disabled please enable it now". I am using IE7 and after lots of investigation just can't do it. Any suggestions.
P.S. I downloaded it as an MP3 and only get audio, there is no visuals.

Interesting - only 721 users online but no screenshot is displayed. I have Flash 9, Java 1.5.0.10 and .NET 2.0 and can play any video streamed on the VisualLounge page (Flash, WMV and QT). Perhaps you could add a download for the invisible TS 8.2 blog? TIA!

Love how the plant behind his head looks like spikey hair *HA* Actually these two looks like twins - same beard. Do all the developers have the same beard? :)

Unfortunately both the visuals and the sound are so choppy that the video is unwatchable.
How come?

2-5. Video and sound still too broken to deal with. I tried pausing it and letting it buffer a number of times.
