Many years ago I attended a great workshop all about blogs hosted by the AMA in Chicago. At that conferece I met Stepahn Spencer (pictured below), from Netconcepts. We chatted after the conference at a group dinner and he taught me so much in that short time about blogging and search engine optimization (SEO).

This week's Camtasia Studio screencast of the week comes from Stephan Spencer. Stephan recorded a 1 hour screencast all about optimizing your blog and RSS feeds for search engine optimization (SEO), which many of you will find useful.
