Video #6 - Recording a Video of a Video

Posted on Monday October 2, 2006 by Betsy Weber

Ever try to make record a video with Camtasia Studio of another video or media player only to have it play back a black screen? You're not alone. That's one of the biggest questions we get asked by users.

Click here for a link to the document Troy references in the video about recording CPU intensive programs.

Check out this link or this one about turning off hardware acceleration.

Lastly, make sure you have the proper permission to record the content. Check out the U.S Copyright Office here for additional information.
