I confess. Before TechSmith made Morae and UserVue, I knew little about usability and user experience. Now I can claim I know a tiny bit, but I still have a lot to learn.

So, I recently attended a local UPA meeting(Usability Professionals Association) and ran into Tim Keirnan. He mentioned to me that he and Tom Brinck were doing a podcast called Design Critique that's all about making more usable products for a better user experience! I learn a lot every time I tune in. I like how they discuss the usability of products they actually use. And, you don't have to be a usability or user experience expert to get something out of the show. It's enlightening for all...
