Make sure your microphone is plugged into the microphone jack and not the headphone jack.

I feel your . We have all done this....
Color coding standards are soooooo helpful in this regard! Pink for mike, green for headphones should be a standard.
Dontcha think?

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I wonder if there's anything they can do in the product. I'll bug the team...
I'd still screw it up even with color coding standards. :-)
