TechSmith is rolling at TechEd!

Microsoft's TechEd conference has started out with a bang for me...and not in a good way. After finally making my way to the hotel (I only got lost about a dozen times - crazy roads), what's the first thing that happened to me when I got to the hotel? My laptop came spilling out the car, landing on the pavement with a loud...BANG! I'm fairly certain you could hear my heart break at that moment.

After running to my room, I checked the damage. I snapped a few things back into alignment and hit the power button. To my amazement, my old friend booted back up! Exhale...
Today I headed out to Waltham, Massachusetts to Microsoft's Regional Office. Again, only getting lost maybe a dozen times (why did I pay extra for GPS?). There was an INETA User Group Summit, and I ran into Thom Robbins from Microsoft. Remember him? He's the one making the great Camtasia Studio videos about Visual Studio which he sends out in the Fast Tips newsletter. See our pic below.

That reminds me...I'm happy to support you! If you're conducting a meeting, workshop or other event, I'm happy to send you materials. We have many resources available to you here.
It's been a fun day and I can't wait for TechEd to start tomorrow! Although, I just got word our booth has not arrived. Hmmm, anyone have any tips on how to demo Camtasia Studio, SnagIt and Morae without a computer? I guess I'll be waving my arms around a lot. I was hoping to have some screencasts from the show floor, but those might not happen until later in the week when we have tables and the rest of the booth...
I'll be posting pics all week here on Flickr. There are some pics in there that definitely need some captioning. Feel free to add your own captions and comments to the pictures!
